沉淀的水 Sedimentation of Water

有一个男孩子失恋了,无法平静,烦躁不安.为了排除心中的苦恼,他找到了镇上的牧师. 

　　慈祥的牧师听完他的述说,把他带到了一个古旧的木屋,屋里唯一的一个撮子上放个杯子,牧师微笑着说:“你看这只杯子,他已经放在这很久了.几乎每天都有灰尘落在里面.但他依然澄清透明.你知道为什么吗?”
　　他认真的思索,像是要看透杯子.忽然跳起来说：“我懂了,所有的灰尘都落到杯子底了。”
　　牧师赞同的点点头：“年轻人,生活中烦心的事很多,有些你越想忘掉越忘不掉,那就记住他好了.就像这杯水,如果你厌恶的震荡自己,会使‘整杯水’都不的安宁,浑浊一片.这是多么愚蠢的行为.而如果你愿意慢慢的静静的把它们沉淀下来,用宽广的胸怀去容纳它们,这样,心灵并未因此而受到污染,反而更加纯净了。

A boy was depressed and sad because he broke up with his lover. So, he found the priest in the town.

The priest listened his story attentively and brought the boy to an old hut. There was a cup of water at there. The priest smiled and said, “Look at this cup, it was here for a long time, dust most probably fall inside the cup, but it still looks clear. You know what I mean?” 

 The boy thought about it seriously. Suddenly he jumped up and said, “Oh yea, the dust sediment to the bottom of the cup.”

The priest answered him, “Young man, there are many things to worry in this world. If something you couldn’t forget, you can try to remember it. Similar to this cup of water, if you think too much, you will not have a peace of mind. This is such a foolish action. If you calm yourself down, accept the truth and fate, you will be free from the how-and-whys.”
